Senior Facilities Supervisor - Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily facilities and maintenance activities within the residence.
• Supervise and coordinate in-house maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Handle and monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and follow up with approved vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Manage and control maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials, ensuring availability when required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters with the Owner and family.
• Ensure the overall condition, cleanliness, and presentation of the residence are maintained to a high standard.
• Coordinate facility readiness during special events, visits, or gatherings, ensuring smooth operations without disruption.
• Respond to urgent facility issues when required and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and basic reports, including professional email communication when needed.
• Ensure all works are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
• Strictly adhere to privacy, security, and confidentiality protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, residential maintenance, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Electrical works
• Plumbing systems
• Air conditioning / HVAC
• Basic carpentry and general maintenance
• Proven experience in supervising technicians and contractors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email handling.
• Good organizational, time, and resource management skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
