MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Supervise and following up required mobilization for the site including install caravans and providing water and Electricity sources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and following up required mobilization for the site including install caravans and providing water and Electricity sources.

Co-ordinate with another departments to provide required equipment and tools to start operation.

Arranging Accommodation for onsite Employees with high standard of safety and quality.

Arranging for transportation of Employees From and to the site, and Taking Care of Their Requirements.

Controlling buffet material & cleaning tools in the site offices.
-
Supervising of housekeeping in the site with high standards and quality.

Manage Maintenance & Replacement requests of office Equipment, Appliances, Furniture, Furnishings, Vehicles, offices, Etc.,

Asset control of all site operations assets across Multiple Locations.

Events and meetings Organizing, Making Travel Arrangements and Hotel Reservations for Guests & Foreigners.

Liaising and Coordinating With Various Departments with HQ And another Sites.

Order and operate all furniture requests for the site offices.

Manage and maintain an effective filing system for the department.

Control keys and locks changes to offices, including ordering of supplies.

Provide Facilities services including catering, pest control, waste disposal and parking and rest areas.

Manage and maintain stationary supplies for the site with controlling stationary usage.

Manage seating plan of the site and ensure that it is kept up to date. And allocate and manage offices spaces for maximum efficiency and capacity.

Handling all required calibration certificates for operated tools and equipment and following up with expiry dates of these certificates.

Following-up all PRs, FARs, ERs, MRVs of the site and ensure that have been done.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

Business Administration
-
Report writing and business and technical correspondence.
-
Team leadership.
-
Conflict and grievance resolution.
-
Related Field Experience:
