Senior Fashion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work closley with Design Director in designing denim collection from concept to completion for multiple private label lines
• Adobe Illustrator detailed sketching
• Participate in first and production fittings
• Shopping market for trends and inspiration
• Work closely with oversees factory base on sample development and costing
• Engage in all aspects of design such as sketching, fabricating, selecting wash, print and color
• Follow-up and coordinate all ongoing projects in order to meet deadlines
• Maintain an up-to-date fabric and wash library

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5-10 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of garment construction and proportion
• Ability to create seasonal merchandising decks
• Experience building tech-packs for overseas product development
• Knowledge of PLM
• Ability to identify key seasonal items and trends
• Experience with fabric sourcing and development
• Confident collaborating with outside design teams, production and sales

Salary: $100K - $110K per year
