We are now seeking a visionary Senior Fashion Designer to lead our design direction across menswear and womenswear. This role blends client-facing styling with deep technical expertise in tailoring, garment construction, and luxury textiles. The ideal candidate will bring a refined design sensibility, hands-on experience in high-end tailoring, and the ability to translate global fashion trends into timeless, contemporary creations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Consultation

Deliver personalized styling experiences for both men and women, including fittings, measurements, and fabric selection. Build lasting relationships through attentive service and design insight.

• Design Development

Conceptualize and execute seasonal collections and capsule lines that reflect brand identity and market trends. Present design concepts through sketches, mood boards, and prototypes.

• Garment Construction Oversight

Lead the design and development of bespoke garments, especially tailored jackets using full canvas and half canvas techniques. Collaborate with master tailors and production teams to ensure precision and quality.

• Trend Research & Innovation

Stay ahead of global fashion trends, textile innovations, and tailoring techniques. Translate insights into commercially viable and brand-aligned designs.

• Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Guide junior designers and stylists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Quality & Fit Assurance

Oversee fittings and final garment checks to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury fashion, bespoke tailoring, or high-end retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both menswear and womenswear.
• Expertise in:
• Pattern making and draping
• Garment construction (especially tailored jackets)
• Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge
• CAD tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Client styling and body measurements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
