Senior FF&E Designer

Position: Senior FF&E Interior Designer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Note: This role is strictly for senior-level candidates with proven experience in luxury residential FF&E design. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Qatar.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FF&E Interior Designer specializing in luxury residential projects, particularly private villas. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of furniture, finishes, materials, lighting, and fabric selection, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver refined, functional, and high-end interiors.

• Lead FF&E design and selection for high-end residential villas, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories
• Develop and present mood boards, material boards, and FF&E presentations
• Conduct client meetings to understand lifestyle, preferences, and budget
• Guide clients through design selections, ensuring clarity and timely approvals
• Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and manage FF&E schedules, specifications, and BOQs
• Ensure all selections align with the overall design concept, project budget, and timeline
• Stay current with international furniture brands, materials, and industry trends
• Oversee site implementation to ensure FF&E is delivered and installed as specified

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in residential interior design with a strong FF&E focus
• Proven experience working on luxury villas or private residences
• In-depth knowledge of high-end furniture, finishes, fabrics, and materials
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
