Position: Senior Interior Designer (Luxury Residential Focus Only)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Note: This role is strictly for senior-level candidates with extensive experience in luxury residential villa projects . Applications without this background will not be considered.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of luxury residential villa projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, high-end projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development including concept creation, mood boards, and space planning for luxury villas
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation
• Select and specify FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, and custom joinery
• Conduct and lead client meetings , translating lifestyle needs into refined design solutions
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, engineers, and suppliers for seamless execution
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure alignment with design intent
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
• Ensure all deliverables meet luxury design expectations and international standards
• Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and innovations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in luxury residential villa design (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects
• Expertise in space planning, layout optimization, and luxury detailing
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical coordination
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and custom interiors
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Qatar or GCC market is a plus
