Field Service IT Technician
Remote Opportunity - Dallas, TX based
A Sr Field Service IT Technician is a skilled and dedicated IT professional on the healthcare team. They will provide essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of information technology systems within the field. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting end-users, and collaborating with other IT staff to maintain a reliable and secure IT environment. They are a key part of the IT team that supports information systems for multiple sites including associated hospitals, ASC centers and clinics.

Required Qualifications of the Sr Field Services Technician
Education: The Technician should have a degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
Experience: They should have had a minimum of 7-8 years of working experience in a relevant IT position within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Travel: The Technician will travel to hospital, ASC, and clinic locations as part of their duties. This includes daily in‑state travel and occasional overnight travel to out‑of‑state or distant in‑state sites. Because the role supports multiple locations, candidates should expect 100% travel.
On-Call/Out of Hours: The IT Technician will be required to assist with on-call activities and occasionally work outside of normal office hours
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both in written and verbal form.
Interpersonal Skills: The Technician will be empathetic to customer requirements while demonstrating the ability to be a pro-active advocate to partner and drive successful implementations, even when up against tight timelines and other constraints.
People Skills: The ability to build relationships and trust with others is a requirement, as this role will serve as a change agent toward building and maturing a structured delivery framework.
