Key responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, producing management and board-ready reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and long-range plans; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Produce variance analysis against budget/forecast, identify drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with business units to translate operational metrics into financial impact and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes; coordinate submissions and consolidate results.
- Analyse profitability by product, project, or segment; recommend pricing, cost control, and margin improvement actions.
- Build and automate reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and improve FP&A processes.
- Support month-end accounting liaison, capital expenditure approvals, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, commercial due diligence, and support M&A, pricing, or investment cases.
- Mentor junior analysts, review deliverables, and enforce financial controls and documentation.
Non Negotiables of your Application
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA/CFA).
- 5–8+ years’ experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance; senior/lead experience.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present to senior leadership.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and process-improvement mindset.
We're looking for
- Experience in the company’s sector (real estate, tech, manufacturing) and exposure to treasury, tax, or investor reporting.
- Automation skills (Power Query, Python), and experience with KPI frameworks and performance management.

- Forecast accuracy vs actual (%) and variance reduction.
- Timeliness and quality of management reporting.
- Contribution to cost savings and margin improvement initiatives.
- Cycle time for budgeting/forecasting and number of automated reports delivered.
Pay: QAR80.00 - QAR95.00 per hour
