Senior Finance Associate (Part Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of financial principles and be proficient in filing tax returns for individuals and/or businesses. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and supporting our financial reporting functions.

Responsibilities: Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes Review financial records, income statements, and other documents for accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support general accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations Communicate with clients, vendors, or government agencies as needed Provide insights to improve tax efficiency and financial planning

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience filing tax returns (individual and/or corporate)Solid knowledge of tax codes and compliance procedures Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, or similar)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and analytical skills CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus
