We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and support accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations including sales tax, withholding tax, and income tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for financial records and transactions.
• Support payroll processing and employee-related financial matters.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience in accounts or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP systems, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
• Good understanding of local taxation laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as ACCA (part-qualified), CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent.
• Experience working in IT or software companies.
• Familiarity with budget control and cost optimization.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
