International Business Development Executive

Globe Call Centre is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the expansion of our digital marketing division. We are seeking candidates who excel in sales, client communication, and international business development, particularly within the digital marketing sector.

In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our global client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and promote digital marketing services to potential clients across international markets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to create customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Generate high-quality leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and targeted email outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT company).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
