Senior Finance Manager - Procure to Pay (41926)

Our client, a fast-growing and highly dynamic organization, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This individual will play a key leadership role, driving process improvements, strengthening P2P operations, and partnering across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the P2P operations team (Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, and Expense teams)
• Continuous improvement projects to optimize P2P processes and technology for value creation across the organization
• Oversee global Procure to Pay operations and manage the Accounts Payable function,
• Develop and manage KPIs to monitor and improve P2P operations and assess the impact of change initiatives
• Streamline workflows, leverage automation, and apply best practices with internal teams and BPO partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years leading AP and vendor master data operations in a medium-to-large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Concur.
