About You:

• You possess a deep knowledge of financial processes and can leverage this knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
• You have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• You are highly proficient in spreadsheets and financial management software, including QuickBooks and ERP platforms.
• You are dedicated to fostering a well-developed team and actively invest in the growth of your direct reports.
• You excel at distilling complex data into precise monthly reports, including variance analysis and budgeting.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably as an Accounting Manager or equivalent.
