Senior Finance Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Officer – Taxation to manage the organization’s tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tax filings, compliance with local tax laws, and provide tax planning support to optimize financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of tax reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor tax deductions, adjustments, and reconciliations in financial records.
• Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies regarding tax matters, notices, and compliance issues.
• Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Conduct internal tax reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.

Job Specifications / Requiremets

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / ACCA / ICMA preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in taxation or finance, preferably in retail or corporate sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
