Senior Finance Professional (Multiple Opportunities)

Overview

We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This consolidated role is intended to attract high caliber finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Financial Control. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to step into senior level responsibility and progress toward finance leadership or head of finance roles, particularly within fast growing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month end close
• Supporting strategic and commercial decision making with financial insights
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
• Improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls
• Mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility
