We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible to provide analytical, financial, and strategic support across multiple business units/ departments within the holding company. The role is responsible for coordinating budgeting processes, monitoring financial performance, supporting management reporting, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives. Acting as a business partner to BU and Department heads, the Senior Analyst ensures data accuracy, facilitates informed decision-making, and supports financial oversight of both local and international operations
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial Control

Coordinate and support the preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets and reforecast across designated BUs and departments.

Monitor budget adherence and track actuals vs. approved budgets, highlighting key variances.

Provide timely support to stakeholders on budgetary queries and financial system usage.

Assist in periodic and ad hoc budget revisions in line with evolving business and management requirements
Management Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for designated BU’s and departmental expenditure reports, identifying key trends and anomalies.

Act as a liaison between finance and other BU’s/ departments to resolve queries related to spend reports and system entries.

Support the preparation of Group management reports in accordance with the reporting calendar and respond to ad hoc reporting requests from senior management.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow and working capital reports (actuals and forecasts) for designated BU’s.

Track and report on capital expenditures and investment performance, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and return expectations.
Master Data Management & Reporting Tools

Support SAP master data management

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of financial and operational master data across systems such as SAP and other platforms.

Utilize tools like Power BI and other reporting solutions to enhance data visualization, automate reporting processes, and support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized data structures and resolve data quality issues.
Commercial Support

Strategic business partnering with BU/ Department heads to drive commercial decisions.

Conduct first-level reviews of commercial contracts, focusing on financial terms and business implications.

Support the development of financial content for executive and Board presentations.

Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to broader strategic and operational initiatives.
About You:

3 to 5 years of of experience in financial analysis, business support, or strategic planning, preferably within a holding company or diversified group

Preferably experience in International Company environment

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with SAP and Power BI tools is desirable.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to contract evaluation is advantageous.
