We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance with 7+ years of experience in
financial research, corporate reporting, investment analysis, and client communication.
The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of financial markets,
company fundamentals, and industry dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive financial and industry research using Stock Exchange Data,
- Analyst Reports, Industry Databases, Company Filings, and tools such as Ace Equity,
- Bloomberg, or CapitalIQ.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content including Investor
- Presentations, Information Memorandums, Valuation Decks, and Industry Reports.
- Provide financial advisory support for client mandates such as IPO communication,
- investor relations strategy, and capital markets outreach.
- Analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and extract
- actionable insights through financial modeling and ratio analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, reviewing their work for accuracy and strategic
- alignment.
- Drive the preparation of client-facing reports and documents, ensuring clear, insightful,
- and investor-friendly communication.
- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their business models and advising on
- market positioning and investor expectations.
- Leverage advanced MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) to create
- impactful presentations and dashboards.
- Stay updated with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging
- opportunities across industries.
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, research, and corporate
- communications.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, equity research, valuation analysis, and
- investor presentations.
- Strong command over financial statement analysis and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in Ace Equity and similar tools; experience with Bloomberg or CapitalIQ
- is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with CXO-level
- stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple client
- deliverables simultaneously.
