Senior Financial Analyst

This role will be responsible for:

• Management of all Property opex expenses including Rent, Outgoings, FM and other property costs, ensuring they have been captured and accounted for correctly

• Coordination of all inputs to monthly performance reporting e.g. accruals and recharge journals

• Conduit between Australia-based teams/Service Provider and India-based Finance team to provide business context to financial transactions

• Reconciliation or all property data between Tango and Anaplan

• Operational reporting for Group Property

Experience

• 4-6 years’ experience in Financial planning & analysis, Financial control or Financial accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry

• Experience working with SAP, Hyperion or other ERP systems

• Experience with data visualisation tools for reporting and analysis

• Experience on accounting /reporting as per IFRS 16

Qualification Requirements

• Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

• CA/CPA qualified or part-qualified
