We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Office team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators across properties
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Assist in cost control initiatives and profitability improvement strategies
• Develop financial models and business case evaluations
• Prepare management presentations and reports
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and senior leadership teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance
• Hospitality industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Full-time MBA (Finance) – Mandatory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
