Senior Financial Analyst

KBW is partnered with a leading organization in the Seacoast, NH area to aid them in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Sr. FA will partner with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements, lead ERP-related initiatives, and implement technology solutions to improve financial operations. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 and can be remote for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities for improvement from a technical and business standpoint.
• Lead end-to-end erp projects including requirements gathering and implementation of new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support for financial systems and related integrations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in finance.
• Experience working with financial models, system configuration, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
