Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in building sophisticated financial models, leading both short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasting, and delivering actionable insights that directly support executive‑level decision‑making. This role requires exceptional analytical capability, strong attention to detail, and deep expertise in financial modeling and cash flow management.

The successful candidate brings advanced modeling proficiency and a thorough understanding of cash flow dynamics, working capital optimization, and capital planning. They thrive in a fast‑paced, confidential, and rapidly growing manufacturing environment, where accuracy, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, long-term strategic planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis
  • Develop fully integrated three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) with a strong emphasis on cash flow accuracy
  • Create dynamic, driver-based models for revenue forecasting, cost optimization, margin expansion, and liquidity planning
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and long-range cash flow forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain detailed direct and indirect cash flow models
  • Monitor liquidity, working capital trends, and short-term funding needs
  • Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to improve visibility into receivables, payables, inventory, and capital expenditures
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Support executive leadership with financial analysis for strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital investments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or delegate.


Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred) and 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or consulting, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.

  • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated expertise in building complex financial and cash flow models
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, working capital mechanics, and cash flow statement construction
  • Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and debt covenant modeling
  • Experience with financial planning systems (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) and BI tools is a plus


Salary Range: $95,000 to $130,000 Annually
