About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the analysis of operational and financial performance across the organization. In this role, you’ll build financial models and deliver insights that help guide decision-making and drive departmental and company-wide goals.

What You'll Do

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance across the organization.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning (LRP), including cash flow and balance sheet management.

Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Conduct complex business modeling and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

Manage ad-hoc analysis and reporting using diverse data sources and tools, including advanced Excel functions and BI platforms.
What Sets You Apart

Strong understanding of full P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

Solid foundation in corporate finance, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Skilled in translating complex financial data into clear insights for multiple audiences.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.

Proficient in Excel (including formulas and macros) and financial reporting tools/BI systems.

Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience constructing, maintaining, and analyzing datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making.

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting.

Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting.

SQL and BI experience, including data construction, maintenance, and visualization.

Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and PBCS.
