Job Purpose:
To perform financial analysis and budgeting activities, supporting the preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of financial plans in alignment with established policies, procedures, and financial standards.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial System Monitoring:

Prepare and review budgets, including revenues, expenses, capital requirements, and cash flow statements, as well as any other financial reports required by the entity.

Monitor and review the preparation of annual budget estimates, compare actual performance against budgeted figures, and propose corrective actions in case of variances.

Perform and execute all budgeting-related activities.

Assist in preparing budget estimates in coordination with all departments, submit them for approval, and follow up on implementation, including preparing execution reports under the supervision of the direct manager.

Enter budget estimates into the financial system.

Review contracts and commitments and reserve the required budget.

Assist in preparing and analysing budget reports, providing recommendations based on the results.

Assist in assessing the needs of the Finance Department to develop and enhance accounting systems and applications using the entity’s ERP systems.

Monitor services provided by the entity to external parties, ensure invoices are issued and recorded in the financial system, and conduct monthly checks to confirm that no services have been provided without invoicing.

Manage analytical accounts by creating new accounts, modifying existing ones, or deactivating them within the financial system.

Assist in preparing ageing reports in accordance with accounting policies.

Develop reports and analyses to support the finance team.

Extract reports and perform analyses based on management requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
3–6 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial planning.
