Senior Financial Analyst

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A

Saudi Arabia - Riyadh

Role Purpose

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing insights to drive business performance and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop financial models and analyze business performance
Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
Present financial insights to senior management
Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision-making
Monitor costs and perform margin analysis
Handle and analyze large datasets to identify trends
Suggest improvements for automation, standardization, and workflow efficiency
Work with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics)

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5–8 years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A or similar role
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting
Experience presenting to senior management and working with cross-functional teams
Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Charts, complex formulas)
Strong understanding of financial statements and cost structures
Hands-on ERP experience
Experience handling large datasets and performing cost/margin analysis
Bilingual: Arabic (mandatory) and strong English
