Senior Financial Analyst – Fintech & Investor Reporting

We are looking for Senior Financial Analyst – Fintech & Investor Reporting for our leading Fintech Client at Karachi.

Summary:

You will play a key role in designing scalable financial models, tracking project performance, and preparing data-driven reports that support investor readiness and internal decision-making. This role requires strong experience in financial modeling, pricing infrastructure, and strategic forecasting within a startup or high-growth fintech environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or startup finance.
• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets, QuickBooks / Xero, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex financial models across multiple business units
• Excellent understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics
• Experience preparing investor presentations, valuation summaries, or funding decks
• Familiarity with fintech, multi-entity, or crypto-enabled environments is preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Deliverables:

• Build and maintain dynamic multi-entity financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Scenario Simulations)
• Develop revenue models and pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market data
• Track budget vs. actual performance across multiple projects and departments
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports summarizing performance, forecasts, and strategic insights
• Support stakeholder reporting for investors, advisors, and compliance regulators
• Reconcile data across banking, crypto, and alternative financial platforms
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, and product analytics.
