Role Purpose

Support financial planning, reporting, and budgeting activities while providing insights that help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial analysis and support accurate reporting.
• Review P&L and general ledger balances to ensure reliability of financial statements.
• Support monthly close activities and provide variance explanations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for cash flow, balance sheet, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate operating expense planning for headcount and non-headcount items.
• Develop reporting packages and support department heads during business reviews.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Recommend productivity or cost-saving initiatives across operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications (CFA/CPA) are an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and communication skills.
