Job Title: Senior Fitter / Maintenance Mechanical Foreman

Location: Gandhidham

Salary: ₹70,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of fitters and maintenance staff.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Ensure smooth operation of machines, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and implement effective solutions.

Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth plant operations.

Train and guide junior technicians/fitters.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or equivalent.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
