We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of florists. You will have a deep understanding of various floral design techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful and unique floral creations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise a team of florists, providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality flowers and supplies.
• Oversee the maintenance and care of floral equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and styles in floral design.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of floral designs.
• Manage budgets and pricing, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Florist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your floral design skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various floral design techniques, including bouquet arrangements, centerpieces, and installations.
• Excellent creativity and artistic ability, with an eye for color, texture, and composition.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements.
• Proficiency in using floral design tools and equipment.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours, especially during peak seasons.
• A passion for flowers and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
