Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to lead mobile application development and manage a small team of developers. The role involves building scalable apps, guiding best practices, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter mobile applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend systems.
• Oversee app performance, scalability, and user experience improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support in architecture decisions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in mobile app development.
• Proven experience leading or managing a development team.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter framework, and state management tools (Bloc/Provider/GetX).
• Experience with Firebase, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
