Job Summary:
   
  Responsible for managing the operational and technical aspects of hard facility management operations (MEP, HVAC and Civil) of the assigned contract, or contracts. This role involves managing a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians, maintaining facility infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and delivering cost-effective solutions.
 
    Job Description:
   
   1. Strategy
  
- 
   Manage project life cylce, including project scope, goals, execution and deliverables.
  
- 
   Contributes to the risk management of the department.
  
   2. Management of operations
  
- 
   Ensures the correct assignment of resources (human and material) to the contracts.
  
- 
   Coaches, mentors, provides feedback, communicates expectations, oversees and evaluates project team members.
  
- 
   Contributes in the development and implements comprehensive hard services maintenance plans, including PPM schedules, reactive maintenance procedures, predictive maintenance strategies and any other contractual deliverables. Responds for their operational implementation.
  
- 
   Evaluates contractual SLA/KPI and make improvement plans to manage contract cost and results.
  
- 
   Work towards energy management, water conservation, waste management and green building standards
  
- 
   Performs troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis
  
- 
   Writes and/or reviews technical reports
  
- 
   Leads commissioning, handover and snagging
  
- 
   Leads project(s) emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, resilience
  
- 
   Communicates with the authorities and the client representatives
  
- 
   Uses and promotes the use of CAFM
  
- 
   Stays aware of the latest trends in the market. Studies and evaluates new maintenance procedures, techniques, and equipment for possible implementation; attends and participates in conferences if required.

   Ensure budgets of all projects are adhered to
  
   3. Business Development
  
- 
   Establishes and maintain effective business relationships with existing customers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
- 
   Identifies, researchs and targets new business opportunities.
  
- 
   Participates on the development of solid quality proposals that meet the requirements of the customers and establish the best possible chance of winning or renewing contracts, inlcuding site visits whenever it is needed.
  
   4. HSEQ and Compliance
  
- 
   Ensures all safety standards are adhered to, minimizing accident risk. It is responsible of the safety of his workforce.
  
- 
   Complies to all U.A.E. Laws and associated governing bodies
  
- 
   Ensures quality is compliant to all international standards.
  
    Required Criteria:
   
- 
   Bachelor in Engineering
  
- 
   7+ years FM industry experience
  
- 
   UAE Driving License
  
- 
   Strong MEP and Civil technical background
