CommandoSoft, a new division of Digital To Design, is an elite software company redefining product creation through our High Quality / High Speed (HQ/HS) execution model. This is a call to join the founding Commando Unit to build our flagship product: FundingDesk.

FundingDesk is a next-generation, AI-powered platform set to revolutionize operational automation and intelligent process management within the Fintech industry. We are looking for disciplined, high-output professionals ready to execute this mission with speed and precision, specifically focusing on the client-side experience.

The Role: Commando Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer at CommandoSoft, you will be a core member of the Commando Unit, responsible for building the user-facing interfaces of the FundingDesk platform. You will ensure the application is not only functional and high-performing but also clear, intuitive, and visually aligned with the mission's standards. You must thrive in a structured, synchronized environment and deliver complex UI/UX functionality without sacrificing clarity or performance.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity UI/UX Execution: Rapidly translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces using modern Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Intelligent Development: Apply critical thinking to identify and implement "intelligent shortcuts" that collapse development time while maintaining stringent quality and accessibility standards.
• AI Integration: Actively experiment with and integrate emerging AI tools (e.g., AI-driven data visualization, smart forms) to enhance the user experience and platform intelligence.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth, low-latency experience for complex financial dashboards and data-intensive views.
• Code Ownership: Write clean, highly performant, well-structured, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Synchronized Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Engineers and Backend Developers using direct, real-time communication to ensure seamless integration of the presentation layer with APIs.
• Discipline & Delivery: Operate with a high degree of discipline and autonomy, focusing purely on delivery with no ego or drama.

Required Attributes

Discipline & Focus: You are a high-discipline, high-output professional who executes with precision and accountability.

Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

Structure Preference: You crave clarity and prefer structure and autonomy over chaos and committee-driven environments.

Velocity Mindset: You move fast and possess a proven ability to deliver complex Frontend features under pressure while maintaining quality.

AI-Fascination: You are genuinely fascinated by emerging AI tools and are eager to integrate them into daily development practices.

Experience: Relevant professional experience for Senior (SR) or Junior (JR) levels in Frontend development.

Schedule & Environment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).

Environment: Full-day command-center sessions; synchronized, high-velocity production cycles.

Positions: Full-time only (no part-time or freelance).

Location: In-house or Remote.
