Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at The Value Engineering. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and team player with a strong background in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, scalable web applications that push the boundaries of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-performing solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring coding standards.
• Research and implement emerging web technologies to improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
