  • Own the frontend architecture and design patterns for enterprise web applications; define component models, folder structure, and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Design and implement sophisticated, reusable UI components and libraries (Angular preferred; React experience valuable) using TypeScript.
  • Build responsive, mobile-first interfaces that work consistently across viewports and devices using HTML5, CSS3 and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations that surface real‑time and AI-driven insights in intuitive ways.
  • Integrate frontend with backend APIs, real‑time streams (WebSockets/GraphQL subscriptions, etc.), and AI services to deliver seamless user workflows.
  • Lead state management strategy for complex applications (NgRx/Redux/other) and optimize for performance and low-latency updates.
  • Drive performance engineering: profiling, bundle optimization, lazy loading, code-splitting, caching strategies, and meeting defined performance budgets.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive automated test suites (unit, integration, e2e) using Jest/Karma/Cypress and Playwright for end-to-end quality assurance.
  • Establish CI/CD practices for frontend builds, automated testing, linting, and deployments; own release readiness and rollback strategies.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization/localization practices are embedded into UI development.
  • Enforce secure frontend practices (XSS/CSRF mitigation, secure storage of tokens, input validation) and collaborate on threat modelling with security teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, data scientists and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
  • Mentor and upskill junior and mid‑level engineers; conduct code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Drive observability and error monitoring for frontend (analytics, logging, Sentry/Datadog) and act on user telemetry to improve UX and reliability.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation: component docs, API surface, architecture decisions, and runbooks.
  • Contribute to hiring and technical roadmap planning; estimate work, identify risks, and ensure predictable delivery of features that drive measurable business impact.
  • Stay current with frontend trends and emerging technologies; evaluate and introduce improvements that increase developer productivity and product quality.
