Job Summary

HD ASEAN Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our IT & Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and digital solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and enterprise systems.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and technical challenges.
• Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and software development lifecycle.
• Support cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack development or software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise application projects is preferred.
