Senior Full‑Stack Developer & IT Lead (Single‑Contributor Role)

Role Summary

We are hiring a senior, hands-on Full Stack Developer who will also serve as our in-house IT Lead. This is a single-contributor role: you will own end-to-end, from analysis and architecture to development, deployment, documentation, security, and ongoing support.

This position requires a professional who can operate with the discipline of a principal engineer: structured thinking, clean engineering practices, strong documentation, and reliable execution.

What we require

A) Software Engineering (Full‑Stack)

• Design and build secure, maintainable web applications, internal tools, and Programs.
• Develop backend services (APIs, integrations, business logic) and modern frontend interfaces.
• Implement clean architecture, testing, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Maintain version control standards (Git), code reviews (self-review discipline), and release processes.

B) Systems & IT Management (Internal Ownership)

• Own company IT operations: user access, devices, software licenses, backups, cybersecurity hygiene, and vendor coordination.
• Establish and maintain IT policies: access control, password/MFA rules, data backup, endpoint protection, and incident response basics.
• Ensure business continuity: backup strategy, recovery testing, and minimal downtime.

C) Documentation & Process Discipline

• Produce and maintain technical documentation: system diagrams, runbooks, deployment notes, change logs, and admin guides.
• Build systems that support controlled workflows, approvals, and auditable change history (where applicable).

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 7+ years of professional experience delivering production software (not prototypes).
• Proven full‑stack capability: backend + frontend + database.
• Strong knowledge of:

· API design (REST), authentication/authorization, role-based access control

· SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data modeling

· Modern frontend development (React/Vue/Angular or equivalent)

· Secure coding practices, error handling, and performance fundamentals

· Git workflows and deployment discipline

• Able to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with management.

Strong Advantages (Preferred)

• Python-based backend development (especially enterprise systems).
• ERP customization/business systems integration experience (Odoo is a strong plus).
• DevOps capability: Linux administration, Docker, CI/CD, cloud hosting, reverse proxies, SSL, monitoring.
• Experience building internal business modules: HR, procurement, approvals, document control, project controls, dashboards.
• Experience in construction/contracting environments is helpful, not required.
