About the Role

We’re building a large-scale operations management platform integrating multiple APIs, automating complex workflows, and handling thousands of daily transactions. This role requires a senior engineer who thrives on scale, complexity, and performance-driven architecture.

Platform Overview

A centralized system featuring:

• Real-time dashboards
• Automated order workflows
• Multi-channel alerts
• Advanced ETL pipelines
• Web + email scraping
• Analytics & reporting
• Custom internal ticketing

The platform will manage 5,000+ eBay accounts, sync multi-source data, and run mission-critical operations with high reliability.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js 14+ (TypeScript)
• Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Real-time)
• Infrastructure: AWS
• Queues: BullMQ / SQS
• Integrations: Yaballe, Hipshipper, Subivi, ClickUp, Chatwork, eBay
• Scraping: Playwright/Puppeteer + Gmail API

Your Mission

You will architect and develop:

• Role-Based Dashboards (real-time KPIs & alerts)
• Client/Account Management (1,000+ accounts, credentials, VPS tracking)
• Order Processing Engine (routing, exception handling, validations)
• Multi-channel Alerting System
• Daily Check-in System for teams & VAs
• Feedback Automation Module
• ETL Pipelines for multi-API syncing & normalization
• Scraping Automation (anti-detect scripts, Gmail CSV extraction)
• Analytics & Reporting Tools
• Internal Ticketing System

Must Have

• 5+ years in Next.js + TypeScript
• Strong Supabase/PostgreSQL experience
• ETL pipelines & large-scale API integrations
• AWS expertise
• Web scraping (Playwright/Puppeteer)
• Gmail API parsing
• Queue systems (BullMQ/SQS)
• Real-time features & state management

Nice to Have

• Multi-tenant SaaS background
• RBAC architecture
• Anti-detect scraping
• E-commerce automation experience

Soft Skills
Clear communication, strong documentation, leadership, and ability to translate business workflow into system logic.

Engagement Details

• Timeline: 1-month initial build + long-term extension
