Senior Full Stack Developer – Python (Django), React / React Native, AI/ML

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (4+ years) who can take ownership of complex projects across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. You should have a proven track record of building scalable backend systems in Python (Django) and delivering modern, responsive user experiences with ReactJS/React Native.
This role goes beyond just coding—it’s about shaping architectures, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation as we integrate AI/ML into our products to solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services using Python/Django.
• Build interactive, high-performance web applications (ReactJS) and mobile applications (React Native).
• Architect and implement AI/ML integrations (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP-powered features, automation workflows).
• Define and consume RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication across services.
• Partner closely with data scientists and AI engineers to deploy ML models into production systems.
• Uphold engineering best practices: code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, and system security.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and drive long-term, maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, mentor less experienced developers, and help evolve our tech stack.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Python/Django and React (web and/or mobile).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to influence technical direction and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
