Senior Full Stack Developer – React | Next.js | SEO Optimization

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, and Next.js to design and deliver high-performing, SEO-optimized, and scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate will be deeply skilled in state management (Redux, RTK Query, TanStack Query), caching mechanisms, and frontend-backend performance optimization — with a strong sense of clean architecture and user-centric design.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, and Next.js.
• Implement Redux, TanStack Query, and RTK Query for optimized state management and data fetching.
• Optimize applications for SEO, speed, and web vitals performance (LCP, CLS, FID).
• Set up and manage server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js for maximum search visibility.
• Build efficient RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Implement and fine-tune caching strategies (Redis, CDN, browser caching) for faster data delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, scalable deployments.
• Maintain code quality through version control (Git), peer reviews, and unit testing.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and TanStack Query for API state management.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and optimization techniques (schema, meta handling, SSR/SSG).
• Knowledge of frontend caching, prefetching, and query invalidation for performance enhancement.
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API design principles.
• Understanding of CI/CD, code optimization, and deployment best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

Bonus Points

• Experience in web analytics, Lighthouse audits, and SEO monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or microfrontend architectures.
• Understanding of AI-driven content optimization or automated SEO pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source projects or modern web frameworks.
