Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services efficiently.
• Apply advanced state management techniques to ensure robust and efficient application architecture.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, introducing innovative solutions where applicable.
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to code reviews and team growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering and publishing complex mobile applications.
• Strong command of Dart and advanced Flutter framework concepts.
• Proficiency in state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of cross-platform development principles.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, or similar) and serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI design and principles.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
