Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end stacks.
• Build and customize high-performance WordPress websites and plugins.
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Oversee DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with a focus on performance and security.
• Actively contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and team mentoring.
• Drive research and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Project Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Expertise in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), and Node.js.
• Strong experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Proficient in WordPress customization, theme/plugin development, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proficient in using Git, Docker, and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and testing.
• Proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and owning delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.
