Senior Fullstack Developer (Backend-Focused, All-Rounder)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus who can build scalable systems end-to-end and isn’t afraid to go beyond traditional engineering.

This role is ideal for an all-rounder builder — someone who can design robust backend architectures, ship fullstack features, and is excited about the next wave of software: AI-native and agent-driven systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and services
• Develop fullstack features (backend-first, frontend when needed)
• Own projects end-to-end: architecture → implementation → deployment → monitoring
• Integrate and build with AI systems (LLMs, APIs, workflows)
• Design and implement agentic workflows and automations
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack
• Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into production systems
• Contribute to technical strategy and system design decisions
• Mentor and support other engineers

What We’re Looking ForCore Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a fullstack or backend-focused engineer
• Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience building scalable APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL + NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Strong fundamentals in system design, scalability, and performance

Frontend (Working Knowledge)

• Experience with modern frameworks (React preferred)
• Ability to build functional, clean UI when needed

AI & Next-Gen Skills (Strong Plus)

• Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation
• Experience building or experimenting with agentic AI systems
• Familiarity with:
• AI workflows / tool use
• Retrieval (RAG), embeddings, vector DBs
• Automation pipelines powered by AI
• Ability to think in terms of AI-first product design, not just APIs

Nice to Have

• Microservices architecture experience
• CI/CD and DevOps familiarity
• Multi-tenant or SaaS platform experience
• Startup or high-growth environment background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
