Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Game Developer who can lead the development of mobile games from concept to release. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal Engine, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building fun, optimized, and visually stunning games.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile games using Unity (C#)
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to implement gameplay features, UI, and mechanics
• Optimize performance across multiple mobile devices
• Review and refactor code for scalability, maintainability, and efficiency
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and team best practices
• Work closely with QA to identify and fix bugs and ensure smooth gameplay
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and development best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in game development
• Strong proficiency in Unity with C#
• Solid understanding of gameplay systems, UI integration, physics, and animation systems
• Experience with mobile game optimization and publishing on iOS/Android
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and version control workflows
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for gaming
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiplayer systems or backend integration (e.g., Photon, PlayFab, Firebase)
• Knowledge of shaders, VFX, or performance profiling tools
• Experience working on hyper-casual, casual, or mid-core mobile titles
