Job Responsibility:
1- YMA CFO is responsible for overseeing and coordinating company's group regional financial function including accounting, budgeting & forecasting, tax and treasury in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet company's business requirements. This role will be governed by policies and frameworks established by YHQ Finance and any regional policies and frameworks that are exiting in YMA.
2- Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols
3- Financial Management and Control
4- Financial Forecasting & Modeling - Support the development of regional financial modeling as it relates to the following areas:
5- Data Collection and Analysis
6- Organizational Risk Management
7- Financial Information Systems
8- Functional Strategy Formation
9- Information and Business Advice
10- Leadership and Direction
Job Qualifications & Experience:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
2- Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA are highly preferred.
3- Minimum 20 years in finance/accounting roles with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Senior Management capacity .
Job Skills & Competencies:
1- Leadership experience managing finance teams and cross-functional departments.
2- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
3- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
4- Proven record in strategic planning and corporate finance.
