Mandatory Education Qualification:

B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / MCA / M.Tech / Engineering Graduate / Degree in Geo-Informatics or an equivalent qualification, with hands-on experience in operating GIS systems.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior GIS Analyst who is proficient in GIS technologies and capable of supporting complex geospatial data requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in GIS platforms and the ability to convert, analyze, and manage geospatial data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize ArcMap, QGIS, and AutoCAD for GIS data processing, analysis, and map creation.
• Capture, interpret, and analyze geospatial data from various sources, including scanned documents, satellite imagery, and engineering drawings.
• Perform GIS-based data conversions and manage spatial datasets in multiple formats.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of GIS layers and geospatial information.
• Work closely with cross-functional project teams to deliver GIS-based solutions for engineering, planning, and mapping requirements.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance related to geospatial deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in GIS.
• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro), QGIS, and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of GIS concepts, spatial analysis, and map production workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse project teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible to travel within the city as per project requirements.
