Job Overview:


To manage and maintain strong relationships with government entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating all approvals, permits, and licenses required for seamless business operations. The role also oversees corporate-level regulatory matters, inspection preparedness, and operational support related to safety, insurance, and government coordination.


Job Responsibilities:


Government Relations & Licensing:

  • Visit and follow up with ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies for licenses and renewals.
  • Handle Civil Defense, SFDA, and municipality licensing procedures.
  • Facilitate inspection readiness and escort government visitors during site visits.


Corporate Services Oversight:

  • Supervise external service contracts related to fire safety, pest control, and national address.
  • Oversee the maintenance and renewal of contracts with embassies, municipalities, and regulatory entities.
  • Manage attestation processes with embassies and other official bodies.


Security & Safety Coordination:

  • Oversee security guards and ensure their deployment aligns with site needs.
  • Monitor and supervise CCTV systems and safety equipment compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for preventive maintenance.


Insurance & Claims:

  • Handle incident reporting and insurance claims for company vehicles, property, and workplace accidents.
  • Follow up with insurance providers for policy issuance and renewals.
  • Maintain documentation of claims, reports, and approvals.


Support & Administrative Duties:

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special assignments assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of government-related records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of licenses, renewals, inspections, and risk items.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Political Science, Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in government relations, corporate affairs, or regulatory compliance within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record in handling licensing, permits, and inspection processes with government authorities such as MOMRA, Civil Defense, SFDA, and Ministry of Commerce .
  • Experience coordinating insurance claims , contract renewals , and regulatory inspections is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor, municipal, and civil defense regulations .
  • Strong MS Office and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
