Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a portfolio that shows a clear ability to create premium, on-brand visuals. You'll lead the creative development of marketing materials, social media content, campaigns, brand assets, and more ensuring everything aligns with Aesthetics Lab’s high-end image.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, ads, packaging, and digital content
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and clinical teams to bring campaigns to life
• Design high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints
• Oversee photo editing, retouching, and visual storytelling for before/after images
• Provide art direction and manage junior designers or freelancers when needed
• Stay current on design trends in the aesthetics, beauty, and luxury industries
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand standards and business goals
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end branding and marketing design work
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is highly desirable
