Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale effectively.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to strengthen creative output.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Contribute to and maintain the brand’s visual identity and design systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across print, digital, and branding.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and familiarity with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, XD).

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to lead projects from concept to completion, balancing creative vision with practical execution.

Experience managing and mentoring a team is a plus.

Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus.
