Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality creative work that aligns with our marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visuals.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and promotional material.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and style.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics / video editing experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
