Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with proven expertise in graphic design, animation, and video editing . This role requires a versatile professional who can bring brand stories to life across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with technical proficiency and has the ability to lead projects from idea to final execution. The position is based on a full-time two-year contract and will be carried out on-site at the client’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high quality graphic design assets for digital, print, events, and branding campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, presentations, and promotional videos.
• Edit video content including corporate films, interviews, event highlights, and brand storytelling pieces.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to translate briefs into visually compelling creative.
• Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
• Oversee projects from concept development through to delivery, managing timelines and quality standards.
• Provide art direction to junior designers, freelancers, and production partners when required.
• Stay updated on design, animation, and editing trends to bring innovative ideas into the creative process.
  

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in graphic design with strong exposure to animation and video editing.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, motion, and video work.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.
• Bilingual proficiency is required, with Arabic as a must .
