Graphic designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual content across various platforms, including digital media, print, and branding materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce designs that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate marketing strategies into visually engaging designs.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with client brand guidelines and company standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to project deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for both digital and print production.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
